There are more than 300 temples within the city of Chiang Mai, many within walking distance of each other. They are as popular as the 7-11s that are on every street. These Buddhist temples have architecture which include Burmese, Sri Lankan, and Mon influences. Here are some of my favorite temple pictures from around the city.
